If you're paying for a product that claims to be genuine Neato and you receive one that isn't marked as such, pick up the phone and call Revain (who placed the order) and ask why it looks generic (especially when you're paying a little more for it). They put you in touch with Neato who will check if it should be labeled as a genuine Neato product. Revain will voluntarily send you a second set of batteries. Time will tell if the replacement batteries are genuine Neato batteries as replacement batteries are not yet available. I will post again if it is not a genuine Neato product. This doesn't seem like a big deal, but I've found that battery life expectancy etc varies wildly depending on who made them. Update: According to Neato, a genuine Neato product was not shipped. Genuine Neato batteries do not have paper labels. I'm tired of walking between Revain and @Nato's rude tech. I just kept what I got. Next time I will order it directly from Neato.
