Review on PLAN LIFE 20 Pack Stainless Steel Sponges Scrubber with Handle - Ultimate Household Cleaning Set for Pan, Dishes, Stove, and Pot by Linda Braley

Must be kidding

Over the years that I've been a Revain Vine reviewer, I've had my fair share of crappy products. But this 20-pack house cleaning kit from PLAN LIFE is one of the worst things I've seen in a long time. The stainless steel cleaning pads -- individually wrapped in plastic bags with Chinese characters on them -- are tiny (just over two inches in diameter). , as are the seven-inch thin plastic handles that you can attach cleaning sponges to if you don't mind your teeth sticking out of what you're trying to clean. They're clearly not designed for heavy use - and maybe not for anything at all. The sponge with a plastic sponge is also tiny. At a meager 2.5 x 4 inches — the measurements given in the product description for this item and most others are completely wrong — it's not even big enough to get a good grip on and forget to use to scrub off dried-on residue of pots and/or pans. It's of little use for the lightest of kitchen cleaning tasks, even if it doesn't take more than a few strokes. their size and not large enough for most tasks. On the plus side, they're more absorbent than most other cleaning cloths I've tried, which is really low praise. I saved the worst for last. Each of the four different colored cleaning sponges is covered with a plastic mesh and decorated with glitter stripes - I can't think of a better word for them. I don't know if the iridescent silver particles that make up the strips are made of steel, aluminum, mica, mylar, glass, plastic, or diamonds. What I do know for sure is that they spill sponges on every other item in the box. The effect was like opening one of those glitter greeting cards that scatter tiny glitter dots all over the place and still appear on the counter or on the floor months later. I don't even want to take these sponges out of the box let alone use them for anything. I don't know what the target market for this set is - maybe kids are playing house with an Easy-Bake oven - but if you're looking for some serious, useful kitchen cleaning supplies, I recommend checking out this set.
