Mixed feelings about the product and company I ordered from

Compared to other skin care products I would call this a "dry moisturizer" because it doesn't feel like any other water or oil when applied feel based products I have used. As soon as I rub it in, it turns into a kind of powder and absorbs into the skin immediately. However, if you apply it over Coconut Age-Corrective Moisturizer, expect it to come off. I'm not sure why this is happening. Make sure to rub it in well, as sometimes you can see white patches on the sides of your face if you don't. It smelled nice when I first got it; but after using it for a week, I noticed that it doesn't smell as "fruity of mint" as it used to. Now it smells like something that used to smell like that but has turned into sweat - does that make sense? Not sure if it's because the company I bought it from took over 3 weeks to send it to me (VERY DISAPPOINTED) so it might have gone bad (despite the fact that they said , they'd send me a "fresh new bag.") or something. I'm also wondering if it's worth keeping in the fridge? I'm just too lazy to do it because I like it when everything is ready to go in the morning Also, if you have dry skin, you might not be moisturizing enough. I would try one of the others. However, I definitely feel a slight sting from tea tree oil once I apply it to clean skin. I really like that part. As Reference: I'm 32 years old, have dry combination skin and had hormonal and cystic acne for the past year (which is why I chose this SPF from Eminence) As for the company, I'm hesitant to comment on whether you're at you order sol I have ordered a few items from them and the service has been hit or miss home. When I first ordered Coconut Age Corrective Moisturizer, it was too late; but only for a few days. The second purchase I made arrived on time (maybe even sooner). But it took over 3 weeks. Although the communication with the company was good (even great at times), in the end I felt like I was being lied to about the long wait times to put my mind at ease. I always get a message that it has been sent. 2 weeks have passed and still nothing. They said I could get a refund or ask them to send me a new one (while I offered to send the original if it turned up, which he never did!). I have decided on a new one. The new one came too late and I never got the first one; which leads me to believe that they lied when sending. About a week after I finally received this item, they sent me a "gift" (which is what I was expecting with my package because they offered me a gift as I had been waiting for it for so long). I really thought they forgot to send. I didn't know they would ship it later. I guess they were just trying to hurry up and give me another package. When they asked me what samples OR "gift" I would like, they said I could choose anything else I wanted to try. I chose a gift instead of samples. I was hoping for a moisturizer or mask. When I didn't receive my gift with my package I almost gave up. I'm really tired of writing them back and forth. And the last couple of times they didn't even bother to unsubscribe so I decided not to ask about the gift. Anyway, when the gift arrived it was a little vanilla mint hand cream and a few little sachets of samples. It's not that I'm not grateful. I just want that when you offer someone something and ask what they want, they consider it; ESPECIALLY because they made me wait so long and gave me excuses all the time. This particular order was very disappointing to say the least. Instead of saying don't order here I say BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK. The products are good. They don't always seal well, but for the most part the products smell fresh and work well if you buy what's right for your skin. So yes, like everything, there are good and bad sides. The good news is that the products are cheaper. It's up to you whether it's worth the effort or not.
