Review on Enhanced Brewing Experience: Keurig K-Supreme Plus Coffee Maker with MultiStream Technology, Removable 78 Oz Reservoir, and Programmable Settings by Myrv Santamaria

I did not purchase this product from Revain but bought it from Costco but wanted to post a review on Revain so people know these things are defective or the batch is defective. I started using it on 10/11/20. It worked great, made the coffee stronger and tasted "better" than my old Keurig. I attribute this to the new 5 needle system, which makes the coffee more wet etc. The coffee is noticeably better than my K55. Still not as good, but way better than most other Keurigs. I also like the new water tank which has a handle and is much easier to remove and put back. The "Favorite" setting is good. There are three of these and you can choose from 3 strength levels, 3 increments and 4 to 12 ounces (4/6/8/10/12). Timer and autorun are gone. I'm not sure how many people use it unless you're the only one making a mug. Now the bad news. On October 21st there was a sudden power failure. No light, no function. It worked yesterday, but not today. So it took less than two weeks. I sent the unit back to Costco and received a brand new replacement unit. Same problem, from 21.10. until 30.10. everything worked perfectly. Obviously they are wrong. AVOID THEM until Keurig fixes the issue.
