Great Bike Idea, Big Flaws

The discovery of these bikes was a game changer. I drive every day and need hearing protection, but I also love music. I got the original basic version 3 years ago and wear it every day. However, there are some key issues that make me want to look for a better option: First, with silicone tips, they sound like absolute junk and barely block any noise. Then they are slightly better with foam coil tips. However, if they shine, it's the FULL SIZE OG foam tips that Plugfones no longer makes for some stupid reason. I may have wide ear canals, but these are literally the ONLY tips to make these headphones work. Complete garbage without them. PLEASE RETURN THESE TIPS. I got a 5-pack of replacements a few years ago and worked them through thoroughly (they broke after a year). Once they wear out, I literally throw these headphones away - they're the only thing that makes them work well. Second, they break after a while. I'm fine with mine, but after <1 each of my 3 pairs stopped working. It's okay, I'll buy another set because it's worth it - the third and this has become a huge problem: the volume control has its own mind. It often randomly increases or decreases the volume. This has happened to me on various phones and with iPhone buttons. It doesn't come from accidentally pressing the volume buttons. It's something inside that causes it. I need to buy another set of the basic version to avoid this, my current pair are now useless. At the same time when these things have the best foam and don't get upset and don't break. This is the best purchase I have ever made for my motorcycle gear. Makes driving infinitely more enjoyable.
