When I received this product it turned out to work the way I wanted it to. Now after missing a few calls I've noticed that on the side of the case where there is a hole for the mute switch, there is a disable button on the case and the phone doesn't ring when a call comes in. It seems that where the design leaves a hole in the body so you can use your fingernail to flip the switch on/off, the material left behind isn't strong enough to prevent you from accidentally flipping the rocker switch into position bring "off". Otherwise great product.
