I got a couple of these while baking retro family cakes for Christmas. I have experienced low voltage warnings on all. Unfortunately this item cannot be returned through Amazon so I will stick with them. I think I can use it to charge an Android phone or an Xbox controller. However, they are certainly not suitable for Raspberry Pi 3b+. I don't understand how they are rated 4.5 stars out of 5. I have used them to power a RetroFlag NESPi case which I believe uses high quality parts. The Canakit power supply worked with a different case that didn't use the buttons but still displayed low voltage warnings when an Xbox controller was plugged into it. In the end I would have raised my rating to 3 stars if it wasn't for the return policy. I'm still stuck with this. If you have a NESPi case, get a 3 amp 5.25 volt power supply. This worked great with no voltage warnings.
