Confusing straps without pre-assembly - bag smaller than described
Quality is ok but not outstanding. My only complaint at the moment is that the straps are not fastened for you when you arrive. I spent a lot of time figuring out how to put them on for the backpack swap to work properly. At least some instructions would be good. UPDATE: It's absolutely not 15" by 14". It doesn't even fit my 11 inch Macbook and I haven't even tried it on my work laptop because my tiny one doesn't even fit.
