Review on Window Daytime Privacy Mirror Silver Home Decor by Tammy Thomas

I don't normally write reviews but I think I should on this product. It was pretty easy to install as I watched tons of YouTube videos before purchasing. I like the way it looks inside and out and it blocks the sun A LOT. That's the perfect amount of light for me. Not sure if this has affected my heating bills as I haven't had time to apply it to all my windows yet as it takes time. I would start with the least important windows first, or the windows that people will see the least, so you can practice a bit. The main downside is that when it gets dark outside, the inside becomes the mirror, not the outside. So when I entered my room I was confused and at first I thought I put it on wrong but there is only one way to put it on it and it is mirrored DAY ONLY on the outside. I don't like that you can look in at night. We tested it by sticking our fingers inside and someone standing outside at night and they could see how many fingers were raised each time, so that sucked for me. You can see out a bit at night but you have to really try to look out to see it because it's so mirrored. I would recommend this for those who want privacy during the day and want to block the sun, but wouldn't recommend it if you want to see outside of your home at night. giggle
