I bought these to use in my new NuWave Pro Plus oven with stainless steel extension ring as almost all silicone molds don't fit in the dome as well as silicone and metal do not require additional baking time like a glass pan when baking in this tabletop oven. I placed this pan on a 1 inch rack and then spooned 1/4 cup brownie batter into each well. Placed on the dome and baked for 16 minutes. The pan has not been fiddled with, so the shape remains stable when moved. in a big oven. The NuWave oven doesn't need to be preheated, so I threw everything away and baked both batches before a batch came out in my gas oven. Each well in this mold holds about 100ml (just under 1/2 cup). I had no problems with sticking. I sprayed the mold with Pam cooking spray as directed in the first use instructions. I stopped spraying the mold and all 12 cakes came out perfect and I don't even wait for them to cool completely as directed in the instructions. manually requires the use of a toothbrush to clean it completely. No problem, but thought I should mention it. I hope Freshware releases more single well molds like this that fit the NuWave oven. Made in China.
