Good and quality product, but there are flaws.
Excellent chair, really comfortable to sit in, and the mechanism is both quiet and dependable in its operation. The only thing that exists at this time is an additional cushion on the seat; nevertheless, as time passes, the cushion is dragged down, and what results is a seam on the seat. After a certain amount of time, you will start to feel its effects.
