Review on Anker Wireless Charger: PowerWave Stand for iPhone 12, Galaxy 🔌 S20, Note 10 - Qi-Certified, 10W Fast Charging (No AC Adapter) by Trevor Blazis

After my initial review below, I was immediately contacted by Anker who replaced my broken charger. Both work perfectly and I appreciate their quick response. Have to give them 5 stars for customer service and both chargers work as expected. Original review: I ordered two of these for our two iPhone 12 Pros. The woman works fine, the phone is charging. We can't get mine to charge no matter what plug or outlet we plug it into. I have Anker and Apple power plugs, but I don't think that's the problem. I think it's the gland itself. First I ordered one, and when everything worked out, I ordered a second. Assuming it would work the same way I threw away the container box etc so I was probably stuck with it and afraid to order from them again. I like the simple design and the color. I'd recommend the manufacturer add a thin bar at the bottom to keep the phone from tipping forward when you reach for it in low light (before bed, etc.). I like the simple design and the color.
