I have an old iron bed and a thick mattress with a headboard and footboard, so I had to have a skirt with split corners and a long drape. It's a bit expensive for me (shipping was high) BUT it fits great even after washing. I'm not an "annoyed" person, but it's just a little nervous. It was worth the price. I'll order another one as soon as I get another bed in the spare room.
