Review on 🍳 Cuisinart Multiclad Pro MCP-12N Stainless Steel 12-Piece Cookware Set by Mick Ohlrogge

Bought to broaden my culinary horizons. After my usual weeks of reading reviews and Youtube constantly, I decided this MUST be what I was looking for. The Cuisinart Multiclad Pro 12 Piece Set made me the chef I always wanted to be. Gone are the days of "throw every bag of frozen food in a non-stick pan and eat it up”. The first night we used them to cook chicken breasts, steam carrots and make a brown frosting for them. The even tanning of the multi-layer technology was incredible. This set makes me feel like I can cook more than just food, I have actually cooked delicious meals and it has created a "drive" to cook better because we know we can now! Now I see that stainless steel actually cooks food better than nonstick. The only thing I thought would kill me was the pain of cleaning every night. We use this for all the meals we prepare on a daily basis and as you hardcore reviewer may have read, The Bartenders Friend really is what you heard! I've been using this pan daily for a couple of weeks along with hot water, BKF and a little scrubbing and they clean up great and HONESTLY pretty easy. We cooked everything in coconut oil and it really makes a great oil. No sticky, burnt food, just slightly sticky, browned bits that can make a great pan sauce! This is a great first step in tidying up! Use what you have! I really love this set and it deserves every 4-5 star rating it has received. You will love this set.
