Review on ๐Ÿ”’ Fyxation Bar End Plugs: Secure Your Handlebars in Style! by Alex Winnick

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Cool addition to bar ends, maybe a bit heavy.

That's really nice! Design: I like that they can be easily inserted into the end of the bar and then tightened with an allen wrench. They come with two different sized rubber sleeves to accommodate rods with different internal diameters. The only thing I would like to change is the lack of a logo or maybe a thinner logo. The one they use is really big and obvious, especially on the white model. The bare metal screw is a nice contrast. Construction: They look well made. They are all metal except for a rubber bushing that fits inside the bar. This creates a stylish look but makes them heavier than other more traditional bar heads. The color looks like powder but I could be wrong. Anyway, it looks nice and consistent and feels like it should be durable. Rubber compensators look like synthetic rubber that is supposed to hold up well and also compress the inside of the bars well. Installation: You simply insert them into the end of the rod and tighten the expansion screw with an Allen key. I didn't cover the end of the rod with tape and then pushed the excess in with an end cap like I would with a regular rod end cap. Instead, I carefully trim off the excess with a razor blade so it fits and lines up nicely. I'll see how it works, but it looks good and everything fits. Usage: Hey, they stuff the end of the pole. They should be fairly weather and sweat resistant, given the rubber expansion plugs that should seal the inside of the poles pretty well. The only part that can leak is the connection around the screw. They look nice and are easy to put on. You seem very confident.
