After reading a few reviews and watching a few videos, I decided on what I think is the best vacuum robot. that's the best, then this technology is not yet ready for the prime time: i was very disappointed. The biggest problem is that she didn't go over the black spots on the floor and didn't let them into the living room. I called support and found out it was the breakage sensors. I asked if it could be overwritten in software and was told it couldn't. This is unacceptable. If I can use software to identify restricted areas, why can't I identify safe areas? Then there is a significant problem with cleaning. Not impressed. Rotating brushes throw off some of the dirt as they rotate. There is no problem if they then sweep the area where the dirt has entered. However, because it has an intelligent algorithm that uses the path to avoid going through the same areas, it skips all the dirt thrown into previously swept areas. This is especially true for edges, since the algorithm first makes an edge and then performs S-moves in space. Finally, carpets with tassels are not suitable. I didn't expect it to identify brushes. However, there are tassels on only two of the four edges of the rug. He's tried climbing the carpet from the end of the tassels several times, but he's never tried it from the other edges just because the algorithm isn't random. I expect these issues will haunt all intelligent robots. For me this technology is useless right now so this bot is back.
