Pros: Case was completely transparent. Cons: The material was slippery and you felt that something less sturdy could cause the phone to fall. UPDATE 10/09/19: TORRAS customer service kindly contacted me to let me know that they have made some improvements to this case and offered to send me a replacement to try or even exchange it entirely for another replace housing. You have been very helpful and I look forward to updating my review once I have confirmed that the case has been updated. UPDATE 10/14/19 I received a new hybrid case and it was identical to the previous one. So I decided to test my "feelings" with a highly unscientific test. In the video, I held a green iPhone 11 in a Torras Hybrid case and a red iPhone 11 in a TPU case. I tipped my hands to see which fell first, then repeated the test with the other hands. Although both cases slipped into my hands, the Torras Hybrid fell first. Ultimately, I think which case you choose depends on your personal opinion. The case is very transparent and I like the added protection of the hard back. If you're the conscientious type of guy who keeps your phone tight, you won't have a problem; If you tend to mishandle your phone, you might want to stick with the TORRAS Soft TPU Silicone Case, as the TPU material offers a bit more "grip". Whatever you decide, I am impressed with Torras' customer service. They responded very quickly to my concerns and offered to exchange or replace the hull. I would definitely stick with the Torras brand because their customer service is top notch!
