Poor design and poor rendering

This window regulator was unusable because the spot you put the screw in the window was not made correctly and the star screw could not be installed. One of the two attachment points was wrong. got a refund and looked elsewhere. It took me 3 different purchases to find one out of 3 sellers that wasn't damaged. Bad design doesn't help either.
