The tool was easy enought to learn when we started using it but I had issues with getting my billing information in order so that change point could start processing our first invoice. It took me some time before i realized how complex this process can be if you are not familiar with accounting systems like Quickbooks or Xero etc. But once your able to get past that hurdle there isn't anything bad about change points service automation. We were managing all our contracts from one place which made life easier as well as tracking payments received by us. I like that it's easy to use and has a lot of features. It also has some great integrations with other tools we use. The UI could be better. It can get confusing at times when you're trying to figure out where you are in your workflow. Also, sometimes it will crash or freeze up. Make sure you have enough RAM. We've been able to automate our workflows quite a bit using this tool.
