I have a small dachshund with megaesophagus which means she has to sit up for a while after eating to allow her food to slide down. Because of her size, the chair didn't work (she slipped out of everything) so I tried this stretcher. Not only is it affordable and well made, it gives us a great time chatting. I can sit with her in a stretcher on the couch or we can walk around the house doing chores while she digests her food. This is my third - obviously they will wear off a bit after using them twice a day every day but great value for money.
