The ease of use to create customizations for our needs has been very helpful in keeping up speed when trying new things as well getting feedback from clients quickly! There are several customization options that can be confusing at first but once you get it down its easy peasy!! I wish there was an option where we could have all three different types (API Gateway / Lambda & Custom Domain) within one account so if someone wanted they wouldn't need two accounts or separate billing plans - just 1 Account would do them fine :) We've used AWS since early days/early startups now almost 10 years ago which is why this product feels familiar even though i'm not sure how much time passes between products over such long timespans haha ;) It helps us keep track what functions work best together via Lambdas vs API Gatingway etc without having multiple apps running separately each doing their own thing only then linking back into main app through.
