Review on TIC B503 8-Inch Outdoor Wireless Omnidirectional In-Ground Bluetooth 5 Speaker - Connects to Over 100 Speakers by Sean Fabacher

I bought 3 PBS560. I popped one straight out of the box and the sound was questionable (minimal bass). I had to pack them up and send them back immediately. Instead I thought that maybe they would sound better if placed on a patio. That was my fault. You are not. I called the owner (twice actually) who was very nice and gave some good advice on how to make them sound better. Nothing worked. In the meantime, the boxes with loudspeakers were thrown away (women didn't want them in the garage!) These loudspeakers were expensive. If I had the boxes and didn't unpack the speaker, it would only cost me a 20% restocking fee ($90). Ouch! The second time I spoke to the owner he was kind enough to offer me a small discount if I added a woofer to these speakers. That woofer alone costs about $300. How could I in my right mind buy more products from TIC when the already expensive ones I have sound absolutely awful, like the sound of a tin can. I was convinced of the product before I bought it and now I just screwed it up! There is no return box and they are already installed. I'm so close to taking them off and throwing them away. love lesson PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if you like a bass don't buy it. Since the owner Tic was so sweet, I really wanted to write a good review. I hope that TIC will continue to sell quality products in the future. I am very sorry that I wrote this. hope you have better luck
