Review on Hella 9007 100/80W Twin Blister High Wattage Bulbs - Powerful and Reliable - 2 Pack, 12V by Arunprasath Elliott

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not really extremely white. More white and yellow. (4300k) but definitely brighter

The bad first (because that's the most important thing) They advertise her as extremely white, like Hyde. But they are not. They are creamier than standard but still noticeably yellow. It looks like if you read all the wording on the page you will actually realize that it is 4300 Kelvin light. And you need 5000 to be white. It would be nice if they made it clearer and didn't advertise it as extreme light, or if they just made them extremely white. It says they are definitely brighter than advertised. For people who think it's just plug and play, it's not. Since this requires 100 watts you will need a relay harness connected to the battery. If you plug it into a regular outlet it will either not get any brighter or it may even break since your car isn't usually rated for 100 watts so they are definitely brighter. Unfortunately, due to the stock car's crappy bulbs, brighter just means normal brightness compared to other cars. But it's not her fault. I'm sure models other than the 9007 are very bright. And the 9007 is still weak, I still wouldn't buy them again if they didn't offer really bright white light because yellow isn't good enough. And because I'm sure the cars there aren't good enough to actually use a lightbulb. So I will probably install a different case. But if for some reason you are looking for a brighter standard halogen bulb and are willing to buy a fairly cheap wiring harness then this is definitely cheaper and easier for you than other alternatives like projector upgrades. Spotlights or other options like installing a light bar.
