Does the job and doesn't melt
We needed a non-metallic for some non-stick pans and this fish flipper worked really well. And yes, you can turn food other than fish with it and it works just as well. Pretty well made and quite handy kitchen utensil. I've been using it for over a year, it withstands high temperatures. No scratches and no signs of wear. A reliable product.
