I'm never sure if I should start with the pros or cons, so in this review I'll start with the cons. Cons: I ordered a white humidifier to be able to clean mold more thoroughly whenever that might happen. The tank that actually stores the water is black, and the area of the tank under the tank is also black. The only white areas are the outer floor and gas cap. This is a big minus for me. I was expecting it to be more like the transparent tank image. Another downside is that the remote control only works within 5-10 feet of the humidifier. You can't be on the other side of the room and use it. Another disadvantage is that the humidifier does not turn off automatically when the water runs out. Mine did it twice. The device stays on unless you turn on the timer or turn it off manually. When the humidifier is plugged in, an annoying green light will illuminate on the wall adapter. Pros: I like the sleep button that turns off all the lights on the humidifier when it goes to sleep. I also like that you can increase the brightness of the LED lighting. The LED light is not very bright, but can be dimmed or brightened. The noise level is normal for a humidifier. I wouldn't say the black tank is easy to clean, I wish it was white. Easy to assemble. A full tank lasts about 24 hours in thick fog.
