Used on a recent PC build with an Intel Core i5 11400 processor. The BIOS update via a proprietary software interface was a bit hesitant at first, but the USB flash drive update ran smoothly. I had an issue with my old dedicated GPU that caused the board to POST fail. ASUS couldn't help me with this, but they tried, and that's the main thing. I understand they will be at the end of the road when they exhaust their troubleshooting sheet. But good customer service is the only chance a company has to bail them out when something goes wrong. And they tried! Anyway, troubleshooting is part of the job and now the entire setup is running like a champ! Great pay! Also, I've used the AX200 chipset on a PCIE card, which I'm also very happy with. QUICKLY.
