Don't buy this is rubbish. The first thing I did when opening it was trying to open the backup battery compartment to insert the batteries in case of a power outage. Well, it took me 5 minutes to figure out that it was held in place by a solid plastic bar (it had to be broken to open the compartment) and there were no battery connectors (literally no metal contacts inside at all). So I shrugged and said maybe the rest will work? So I tried setting the date and time. First off, the brightest display setting is incredibly dim. So it is almost invisible in daylight. Second, the date cannot be set correctly. It insists that today (Thursday 16th July) is Monday and if you try to repeat the dates it will cycle through 99 and I'm pretty sure no month will have that many days. Also, I set the time 3 hours ago and it's already 3 minutes. So I guess I'll try to send this expensive junk back.
