Very easy to use, no worries with stability or compatibility issues across many devices. It allows you to remotely control your computer from any point in the world using a web browser. The customer support team at splashtop is amazing! You will not find another organization that cares about their customers as much. We were able to connect almost all of our computers remotely without compromising productivity. If I could change anything it would be allowing us to host more files than just PDF's through this application. Remotely working from home helped my employees feel more comfortable during these uncertain times. They felt like they didn't need to stay around if there was an issue. It also allowed them to complete tasks we couldn't do at work (e-commerce transactions). This product has eliminated my frustration.
