I used a 300 chain every day (10 hours a day) in an art installation for almost a year. I power them with a 5V-20A power supply and control them with a Blinkin Labs PLC. They perform a 19-minute multicolored show over and over again. They're not a bad value for what they are. In the beginning they were perfect. With such intensive use, two LED lamps eventually failed. One LED shows 100% red no matter what it's told (the green and blue components respond to the controller. The second LED doesn't go all the way out, even when the controller says to go black. I don't have a hard time finding this one Hide flaws Considering the heavy use, I still think it's good value for money.
