The web store for Covermates is a complete mess. Their customer support is a joke, their shipping is slow, and their product descriptions are false. They fulfilled my order for a patio furniture cover, but it was delivered broken and missing parts. My interaction with customer support resulted in a patronizing and unhelpful representative who made it obvious that they didn't value my business.
