Incredibly durable product! Very heavy but durable. I like that there is an option to use the clip on the edge of the deck or in the hole in the top of the table. different types of screws depending on which monitor you have and many extra parts in case some get lost. Little extras like cable clips and an Allen key clip for later adjustments show they really care about their customers. A small issue I encountered was that if your monitors aren't the maximum size, it can be difficult to align your monitors side-by-side, especially if your desk is against a wall and you don't have room to lean low. Weapon. I had to decide whether to leave a few inches of space between my monitors or move my desk away from the wall. It would be a really great upgrade if they could design the arms to slide along the length of the arm, making it much easier to accommodate different sized monitors. I also had a few complications and had to order an extra adapter piece because one of my monitors didn't have a VESA mount on the back. but it wasn't her fault. So be sure to check the back of your monitor before ordering to see if you need to order adapters too!
