Lets start off with the positives. Came packaged nicely. It does hold 3 gallons even though it looks like it won't. The backpack straps were big enough for a large man like myself. The extendable metal wand and hose work perfectly for a tall person. When it works, it does so very well. So much better than the old pump sprayer I had.The things not so great. Comes with a metal cone spray nozzle. I would prefer a fan pattern as I do a lot of edging. It's hard to get the last couple cups of mix out of the sprayer, I had to take it off my back, hold it so the fluid was under the intake tube and shake the whole unit to get it to suck it up, and still had to dump some mix out that just wouldn't go.And finally the reason that I cannot like this sprayer. It does not work consistently. I almost though it was broken. Filled it with just a little water at first to see what the spray pattern would look like and it worked fine. Next I added my weed killer and filled it to 3 gallons, and the sprayer would not spray. After 20 minutes of flipping the on/off switch in its 3 positions, inserting and reinserting the fully charged battery, and checking the hose connections, the unit just started to work again. Unfortunately, when it was time to clean the unit and flush plain water through it, it took another 10 minutes for it to start working again. This will drive me crazy if it doesn't correct itself.[8/29/20] I added another star to my review for the positive KIMO customer support. I'm not sure my sprayer works 100% yet, but I was offered a new one, that I declined because I wanted to use it a couple more times, hopefully without incident.[5/13/21] Springtime, and I just got the sprayer out to use again. As with last year, it worked only some of the time. I reopened/sent last years email to KIMO customer support, and told them of the same present issue. Within 2 days they got back in touch with me, saying a new one was being shipped. Today, a whole new unit arrived with everything included. I had only asked for just the tank/pump part.I added to this review for a couple of reasons. There seems to be a bit of negative reviews on KIMO's customer support. I have found them to be incredible in punctuality, listening to my issues, and overly fair in their warranty. This sprayer is fantastic when it works. My guess for the trouble, is the switch is not waterproof enough, as I have found moisture in the blade connectors.
