Review on Effortlessly Maintain Your Garden With KIMO 3 Gallon Electric Backpack Sprayer- 20V Battery Powered With 3 Water Nozzles And 2 Extended Wands by Ryan Eastman

Powerful Sprayer gets the big jobs done fast

This battery powered sprayer really rocks. I love that it comes with 2 wands, a Stainless Steel one and a polymer one.In the comprehensive instruction manual they even let you know what types of chemicals require one orb the other. They give you a spare set of o rings to keep it leak free. It has 2 pump speeds for low and high pressure. It sprays a good distance (15-25 feet) depending on nozzle used and the viscosity of the liquid. Backpack harness is comfortable, but I am using it more or less stationary to kill mold in an outside area. The only minor gripe I had was with the fit of the battery in the charger. It works perfectly and charges fast, but it just looks like it won't insert fully into the charger. After careful observation, I determined that the terminals are inserting fully into the battery, and the battery is not designed to latch into the charger. The battery fit into the pump assembly is fine and it latches securely. Just a heads up for anyone who struggles trying to make the battery slide fully into the charging station. It will alert you with the 2 red/green LED when you have it inserted properly. The battery should have a life of 6 hours or more based on the consumption during my 2 hours of continuous use on low pressure. It still had 3 out of 4 lights lit (75% remaining). The manufacturer even tests every unit which is evident by the small amount of moisture in the reservoir when you unbox the new device. There were no leaks on my unit. I did wrap a little electrical tape around the base of the steel wand to tighten up the fit between the wand and the valve handle. That made the unit feel very secure in that joint area. This was just a precaution on my part as I am a bit OCD and didn't want to have to mess with snugging that fitting during use.The price was reasonable for the features and higher spray rate and distance of this unit. It sure beats pumping a hand pump hundreds of times per container of liquid. The unit appears to be made to accommodate the higher amperage batteries (20 volt) as there is quite a bit of extra space below the included battery.
