$9 for it is like buying $2 candy bars in line at the checkout. Could you make a cheaper filter? It's actually smaller than the original, which is tiny. The inner metal part has been removed so this thing collapses further without supporting the filter material. It has a smaller OD than a cheap factory block so it won't fit snugly, allowing you to easily fit a muffler cover. Absolute rubbish. If I ever need another filter for this compressor I will make it. I feel like I've been cheated at a shell game.
