Not a fan. for sports nutrition

nothing special. Looks hit or miss. This is what happens when you have a "proprietary blend" and no actual dosing chart for each ingredient. When I first took it, I thought my heart would explode. Each capsule appears to have a different amount of each ingredient. Anyway, it's not the worst supplement I've ever tried, but I would save my money and go with the ACTUAL NO supplement as it has quite a number of supplements in it.
