Bought to experiment. I built a large Polar Lights Enterprise Refit model. The instructions recommend building the model piece by piece to make actual construction easier. I finished the lower body, neck and nacelle stands. When assembled, these parts left a small gap at the connection point to the body. I saw this on Revain and decided to give it a try. I didn't use regular sealant, I used Dap Alex plus putty. I have used this product in the past for small seam lines on other models and have had no side effects afterwards. I tried pushing the tube into a syringe as instructed but couldn't get it to fill the tube. So I just pulled out the plunger and poured straight from the top. Worked like a champ. The bead was so small that all I had to do was dampen and smooth a cotton swab. I didn't even bother with stickers. I wanted to take photos. I'll add a bit later as I know I'll be filling in a few more seams here soon.
