When I received my first order I opened the box and found the item was dirty, parts were scattered and I noticed holes in the plastic bag in which there were additional parts. Apparently it was a return so I submitted a return and ordered a new one. The second came today. I checked, it got a lot better, but further inspection again found holes in the plastic bag containing extra parts. Again, I'm pretty sure it was a relapse. If I wanted a used item, I could tick "Save with". and paid 10€ less. However, I decided to try a new product. How can I make sure what I'm getting is really new since simply selecting "buy new" doesn't work?
