are all about. I wanted to try a smaller size for a little more compression, so I ordered an XS/S in the Christmas paper design. I just got these and they are a bit odd - they don't look like the same high quality material as my other pairs and they don't seem to compress. Which is particularly odd as they are one size smaller than my others, so S/M. So I'm returning them, thinking I'll go back to my local running store - maybe it's just an odd model, or maybe they've gone down in quality compared to the ones I bought a few years ago? But before that they were great.
