I like that it is easy, quick & hassle free! There are no complicated forms or lengthy applications - everything has been designed with ease of use in mind so you can start accepting payments straight away without any fuss at all (it's literally just one click). They also have an excellent customer service team who will help out if there should be anything required over email/phone which makes our life easier as we don't need to worry about calling them up every time something goes wrong. We've only had positive experiences using flex booking thus far but their support staff were very helpful when first setting things up. It was relatively cheap compared to other providers such as PayPal etc., however once set-up costs do apply there isn’t much flexibility around pricing unless paying more than £5k per month plus VAT. But overall they did what we needed fairly quickly (& efficiently) for less money than others would charge us, even though this meant.
