I would like the pads, especially the large pad, to be bigger/higher - you need to attach a pad to raise it to reading height. It works well: the lower folding table holds my book well, and the rubber bar at the top is a nice touch to keep it from sliding, and I think it also keeps the laptop a small distance from the plastic top to allow some air to circulate underneath. In general I am satisfied. I would order again and recommend to a friend.
