Gets the job done in the end

Tried this shower scrubber because I was tired of hand scrubbing the stone floors in our shower. This scrubber is a waterproof (IPX7) scrubber with a built-in USB battery. The IPX7 rating means it is not rated for dust ingress (X), but is theoretically resistant to 30-minute immersion to a depth of 1m. Including 4 brush heads and USB charging cable. The included brush heads are brush head, hard brush, fine brush and gap brush. I doubt anyone will ever run it underwater, but it's probably waterproof enough to keep water out when cleaning the shower. The operating time is given as 90-. 120 minutes with a 2 hour charge. Unfortunately the battery in my brush was completely dead and it took about 5-10 minutes for the charging circuit to register. The listing says to charge 4-5 hours "if you can't find an answer due to long periods of inactivity", which certainly covers that situation. Once it started charging, it initially drew 5V at 600mA, but the charge rate increased to 1A over time. It achieved 1 bar in 10 minutes, 2 bars in 35 minutes and finished charging in just under 3 hours. This is slightly less than the recommended 4-5 hours from "sleep mode". The scrubber is very loud during operation, but this is bearable for a short time. The total runtime at high speed (no load) is only about 1 hour, significantly less than the advertised "90-120" minutes. Both speed settings seem to be slower than advertised, but I don't have a good way of testing this, but both seem very slow to me. I have used this brush to clean our shower which is full of tile, glass and cobblestones. I have found that the cleaning nozzle works well on glass and the corner nozzle works well on crevices, corners and fasteners. However, the angle head kept falling off when I pushed it from the side. The large brush head worked well on the tiled walls, but on the cobblestone floor, the brush just didn't have the speed or torque to get the job done. It takes a bit of effort to clean the grout, but with every squeeze, this brush gets stuck and quickly begins to shut down from overheating. It restarts after about a minute and never gets too hot, so the overheat protection seems very effective. What I think works best for floors is to turn off the scrubber and use it like a regular brush. The shape of the handle worked really well for this and I was actually able to clean the floor a lot quicker than the brush I used before. It took less time to clean the shower. It didn't work very well for the floor - manual scrubbing was much faster - but it worked like a manual scrubber so it still got the job done. Overall a positive net result. It's good, isn't it?
