before that there was a stationary Philips - it worked perfectly and cleaned perfectly. it has a new water supply system. it puffs, but does not spray water. everything is very long. It is necessary to press a button for each gap between the teeth. makes one to three puffs. everything is very long, tedious and the efficiency is extremely low.
