If you're installing yourself, do yourself a favor: leave the zip-tie and fasten the top screw (do not fully tighten yet). the zip tie and get ready to insert the screw into the hole! Now go back and tighten the top. I found this method the most useful. I didn't do it on the first blow, and it was very difficult for me to find the strength to back the blow far enough to insert the bolt. Good product!
