I wouldn't have any issues if the faulty component could be replaced without charge under the guarantee. The chair is a fan-favorite and, in every other way, fulfilled its promise. However, the process of communicating with this service is made more difficult by the complications that arise with (returning, waiting for when they receive, and not at all in the conditions that the operators offer, waiting for the money to be returned). A request to the maker: improve the mechanism and service quality, at least in major metropolitan areas.
