The tabs in small appliance parts and accessories
are too small. The tabs on these switches are narrower than the switches they replaced (spa model WMH31017AS - 3). See photo, old next to new. The quick disconnects in my microwave will not fit these narrower grommets. Using my electrical skills and tenacious determination I was able to solder the wires and get it working, but a job that should have taken 30 minutes ended up taking over 2 hours. Your mileage may vary. Aside from the lugs, they fit and work as a replacement.
