You can only get a good impression from the bite area
I found it difficult to mold them myself following the instructions. I feel that the rubber is very thick. No matter how hot or how long you leave them and even press (the front of the teeth) you will not get the individual dental impressions you need on each part of the teeth. You only get a good impression from the bite area. I will not buy these again nor will I recommend them.
