Solution to my problem
This along with the AC Delco 19257603 Evaporative Emission Solenoid Harness Assembly was the perfect solution for the MIL on my 2007 Tahoe. There was a vacuum leak code which I then looked at and it determined that this part needed to be replaced. The "Jumper" is actually an adaptation of this newer model from the OEM canister. You can find simple instructions on YouTube and you're good to go. All it took was a flat head screwdriver, a 1/2 inch wrench and a knife to cut the zip ties holding the old part in place. You will also need some new zip ties to hold the new hoses in place. Usually about 1 hour. .
