I have used it several times and am satisfied with the quality and reliability. It's not lightweight, which is good and a bit uncomfortable at the same time, but tells me it'll probably last for years. Pretty easy to set up if you're good at it. Folding the legs is a little awkward, but I'd rather sacrifice some comfort for durability. I can say I'm still new to using it, although I'm still a little uncomfortable putting my bike in and pinching it. Also, since I'm using a dropper pen, I'm still hesitant to pinch the smooth surface of the pen, so I stick a rag in, but then it slowly slides down. I have yet to find the perfect clamping solution for my post. So far I haven't found it necessary to buy any accessories as the tray that comes with it will do most jobs and I have a separate tool box.
