Round Tower has been nothing but good working together
They are very responsive and always willing to solve any problems I have with them. The customer support at roundtower is fantastic! All members of their team were great people to work with. They understand what we need their companies products for when it comes to our needs. Their pricing was fair so there wasn't too much room for error if you wanted a product or service from them. We haven't really felt like they had anything they've failed us on either, other than maybe getting an email out within 24-48 hours sometimes isn't possible due to holiday schedules and times. If your looking into purchasing equipment, be sure to ask all questions about the specific brand/model, as well as how long they will last before needing some maintenance done. It's important to know everything down to minor things pertaining to this type of piece of machinery.

- He gave me updates throughout the order processing period without having multiple discussions back n forth over text message instead just through phone calls which allowed him more time (and his schedule)to focus solely upon client issues that may arise outside regular business office
- I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
