Round Tower has been nothing but good working together

They are very responsive and always willing to solve any problems I have with them. The customer support at roundtower is fantastic! All members of their team were great people to work with. They understand what we need their companies products for when it comes to our needs. Their pricing was fair so there wasn't too much room for error if you wanted a product or service from them. We haven't really felt like they had anything they've failed us on either, other than maybe getting an email out

  • Ease in communication between myself & my sales representative during purchase process/order placement
  • He gave me updates throughout the order processing period without having multiple discussions back n forth over text message instead just through phone calls which allowed him more time (and his schedule)to focus solely upon client issues that may arise outside regular business office
Cons
  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine

Great tool if you're looking at improving your DevOps

I like how it has many features for our needs as an organization. It allows us to quickly get up and running with new tools without having to learn them all first hand. The UI can be better but this isn't really something they have been able to improve much since we started using it. We are now able to easily set up new development environments so when people need access to their code base or build server, they don't always know where these things live. My Company Has Benefited Significantly by Using FUJITSU Server

The ability to integrate multiple applications and technologies into one platform allows us to automate processes that previously required several manual steps. It's easy to implement new features as our needs change without having to go back to coding them myself.
